My 96gsr all motor
I'm building an all motor gsr I'm aiming at 210whp or more
here is my build:
gsr head
skunk2 pro 3 cams (stAge 3)
skunk2 IMF ported at 73mm
blox throttle 72 mm
tri-y header
standard gsr block
12:5:1 wiseco pistons
fuel regulator
3" intake
2.5 tanabe exhaust
let me know if u have any suggetions or thoughts about this build.

Seems good. Pro 3 and stage 3 are different, of course. You'll also need adjustable cam gears and valvetrain upgrades to back up the cams. A tune is obviously a requirement as well.
With those mods 210 whp will be no problem, IMO.

Go to Skunk2's website for the specs. Basically lift is similar but duration is longer on the pro3 vs stage 3. The primaries are slightly different as well. Which is better is pretty subjective but the pro would probably make a little more power than the stage 3. If you want to get a detailed explanation of how cam profile affects performance, check out the article in the articles forum on team-integra.net.

Sounds like a good build, Although I hope your not just gonna throw high performance parts in the car without really understanding how there all gonna work with eachother..
Especially with a compression ratio that high and def if your looking for 200+ whp.
What kinda/grade fuel do you plan on running beacause detonation is a def possiblity without a good proper tune and tuner especially when using low grade fuel.. gl with the build
