its going to be for a GSR that i later plan on sleeveing out to a 2.0 L all motor

For a "big bore" motor the ITR would only be a step back or restriction. Why not look at the Hytech replica "big tube" for high output 1.8-2.0 and larger motors?

ya you can get hy-tech reps on ebay for dirt cheap, $160ish.
