and i believe the little plaque that says "carb eo" means its carb legal
as for ball park price, i seen some guy on here asking $275 shipped
apparently these a pretty rare and great quality. I may end up keeping them if i dont get a good offer

Not sure fitment is an issue, just the o2 sensor placement. I guess it depends if your running a cat and obd2. Maybe someone else can answer this or just do a little research
