ok i know this has been addressed many times in the past probably but i have a 1997 honda del sol with a b16a2 basically stock, but i want to turbo it without having to completely rebuild my motor, my ideal kit im lokoin at is the edelbrock performer x but for obvious reasons(i.e the price) i wouldnt be able to use that....so any affordable help would be greatly appreciated...and also i konw i could find or piece together a good kit but my main concern is going to be the tuning. i live in illinois and still have to do emissions which is why my car is still obd2????

so any1 plz help with info
