Battery/Electrical Issue
Ok, so 02 civic d17a2, has the stock honda battery up front and is wired for another battery in the trunk. the honda battery is dead so i used another battery to start it from the trunk. Today i took the honda battery out and hooked up the other battery from the trunk. Doesnt do a god damn thing
I was retarded for a second and hooked up the cables to the wrong polarity but corrected it and still nothing. I checked all my grounds and they're all good.....HEEEELP!!!

I dont know much about wiring but there's a wire running from the positive terminal straight back to a fuse box in the trunk which is where the other cable for the other battery is. Here's a poorly done example:
[Fnt Battery]------[Fuse Box]--[Rear Battery]

- Started with other battery in trunk.
- Moved trunk battery to normal battery location and car will not start.
.... put the battery back in the trunk?

First the common questions. Is the battery charged enough to start the car? Check the cables. Corroded cables can inhibit electric flow.
If this is all ok, you might have blown a fusible link or other large fuse (or an onboard circuit breaker) by reversing the polarity. A Honda repair manual will guide you through the wiring.
Personally, I would get rid of the screwy wiring to the battery in the trunk. I think you are asking for trouble.
