I have a 97 civic d16 turbo, lately my car has been acting weird. Sometimes when i go to turn it on it sounds like it isn't getting enough gas and doenst start. It really feels like something is blocking the fuel or there is not enough pressure

i'm at only 6psi on a stock d16 and stock fuel pump, i have dsm injectors, and i replaced my fuel filter about 12+ months ago. i was wondering what you guys think it could be?

once i do turn it on and start giving it gas, the problem stops, and it also doesn't happen everytime.
