Hi everyone, i have just installed a JDM D15B into my 98 DX. I bought the OBDII to OBDI conversion harness and ECU. I fired the car up for the first time today and it has a rough idle and when you give it throttle it hesitates and wont rev smoothly. Theres a couple things im unsure about. I used my original Y7 injectors and O2 sensor. Theres also a white 2 wire sensor on the back of the intake at the bottom that im unsure as to what its for. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

 

Bump, I have the same issue but not sure what's causing it.

 

you have obd2 injectors on an obd1 harness?? try getting z6 or b7 injectors and see if that helps any

 

Which D15B is it? There were three "flavors," I believe.

 

This guy is very knowledgeable regarding this swap (assuming it's "the" D15B - 3-stage VTEC). If the link doesn't help, try contacting him.

Sounds like the injectors. y7 injectors are smaller than vtec injectors..
