my 99 si won't start. i thought the battery might be dead and the auto parts stores were closed so i bought a new battery and installed it. the car still has the same problem. i seem to have no power at all. when i put the key in it beeps a few times and stops. there are no dash light, no headlights, no interior lights. it seems as if the car completely died!!!
