Default d15b7 to d15b no start plug question

I swapped a obd1 vtec d15b into my eg sedan and everything is plugged in (yes the 3 grounds too) and its not getting spark, its turning over and fuel is priming and coming out the headers whe i crank it, BUT, im using my d15b7 harness and theres an extra plug and theres 2 of them that are the same in the same area but one is left out where does this go, one plugs into the thermostat housing and the other one is just here, but they are the same ones.

okay, one goes from the chassis to the top of the starter here one goes from the harness to the thermostat ( i just plugged it in here, not sure if this is the correct grounding spot )

and the valve cover to chasis one (many people say this is not needed and have ran their cars without this, myself included)

so are those the correct spots to ground?

Yeah, those grounds are right.

Does that plug maybe go to the IACV?

theres already a plug plugged into the IACV, which one of these go into the thermostat one? one has a black and red wire, and one has a yellow and blue wire.

I don't remeber, been too long.

I'm sure I know where that plug goes but I just can't think of it!

We got spark now, but still wont start, it doesnt help that theres like 4 of those plugs because any of those could go to any of them they all fit

ok my plugs in that area, are as follows:
cx harness,
jdm d15b vtec

3 plugs in that area
thermo housing
sensor on transmission
02 sensor

so i'm guessing you don't have you o2 sensor hooked up?
which might keep you from starting.

either that or you have the plugs going to the wrong things.
make sure you have the right plugs going to the right sensor, and some of them DO in fact fit on places where they're not meant to go... (yeh.. bummer)
