Default B16a crank angle problem (not wiring)

hey i have a jdm b16a throwing a crank angle code. i ran new wires got a new distributor and all my timing marks are on. does anyone know what else could casue this? if the head has been milled would i need a different belt and would all of the timing marks still line up?

NOTE: when you get on the gas or get above 4000rpm it missfires real hard.

What ecu are you running?
What year B16a?
What chassis is it in?
What exact code does it throw # wise? (13,14,22, etc.?)
