rebuilding neuspeed coilovers?
Is there any disadvantage to getting the shocks of my neuspeed full coilovers rebuilt? (bilstein shock) I know they wont look brand new when i get them back, but other than that, wont they pretty much be brand new or am i missing something?
It's $65 per shock. That is cheap!
Call and talk to them. They are really helpful.

Just realized you are the same dood from the other thread. Yea...just call them and talk to them. As long as the internals aren't damaged (bent rods) it will be like new for pretty cheap. If they have to replace internal parts it can add up but still be cheaper than new.

Unless your piston or shaft is damaged you shouldn't need replacement. Because that kit is kinda old I would recommend getting all your shocks rebuilt by them. BTW I was under the assumption that Bilstein shocks were/are lifetime warranty? You might want to inquire about that.

i will be getting them all rebuilt at the same time... no use just doing one when they all could blow any minute... I would inquire about the warranty, but i'm not the original purchaser of these coilovers so i'm assuming they wouldnt honor the warranty without a receipt- what do you guys think about getting the "tube replacement" ? what does that even mean ha?
