Ground control height?
I bought ground controls a while ago and i'll probably be getting them on within a week... they'll be on koni yellows. I want to know what i should adjust them to, to get about a 2.5-2.75 in drop all around. There's probably something that shows this somewhere but i can't find it.
Edit: it will be on a 2000 si with 14 in rims

I just installed the same setup on my '99 with 14eens. From the bottom of the coilover housing to the bottom of the spring seat I have 1 3/8'' in the front and 2 7/8'' in the rear. The snap ring in the front is on the top position and in the middle on the rear. My tires are just tucked into my fenders about 1/2''in. You will need the GC extended top hats to go this low because my koni's are basically touching the bump stops in the front and almost touching in the rear. If you do not want to go that low or purchase the top hats I would recommend 1 5/8''-2''/front and 3 1/8''-3 1/2''/rear which will set your fenders roughly level with the tops of the tires. I have the top hats on the way to extend the shock travel another inch or so. I'll take some pictures in the next couple of days.
Yeah, i want my tires to be right along my fenders or slightly tucking. I just want to find out what people have theirs set to because i will be dropping my car off to a shop and i just want to have them set so no one there has to. I don't have extended top hots either.
It's going to vary car to car. Weight of the car and wheel/tire size will affect the look. They will have to be adjusted once on the car. It's not that hard and if you are paying a shop to do it, they should have no problems setting this up for you. I'm pretty sure all 4 of mine are set a little different to get the height just right. This is why they are adjustable.
