No speed limiter. VTEC at 4400, 8300rpm redline, 8500 fuel cutoff. Drove it all up and down the east coast to Canada, Miami, panhandle and New York City. reliable and great on gas. Clean interior leather. front seat is 60%, pass 80%, rears are mint. Honda technician maintained!!!
