Default B16 With an S1 in a ED

I got my ED back up and going with a new heart transplant.
B16A2 with a P30 Head, running OBD0.
CRX SiR Exhaust Manifold
High Flow Cat
2.25 Cat Back
DA Intake Box with the bottom cut off
K&N Filter
8 lb flywheel
and a few other little things
Anyway, im liking the new motor, but ils a little slugish on the bottom end. And im sure thats due to the fact its a 1.6, but also because of the LS Tranny.
What othe little things can i do, just to pep up the bottom end a bit?

I was thinking about the CTR Crank Pulley and the AEM Alternator Pulley. I know that they will make it more rev happy, but will they take away more torque?

leave the stock crank pulley on, the ctr pulley has no harmonic balancer.

try some valvetrain, cams, a nice intake, a header and a good tune.
