Default ECU PRB vs PRC

i know the PRC is the type-r and the PRB is the Type-S but i was always curious on what is the difference on those 2. Someone told me that the PRC's would be better for tunning and it has reverse lock is there anything else im missing? And also want to know the price diffference thanks guys

both have reverse lock but prb have inmovilizer prc dont

oh ok is there anything other differences between these 2? besides the rev limiter?
