yesterday driving up the hill and i believe the fuel pump gave out... we checked the 17mm bolt on the fuel rail and it was barely oozing out..

so changed the fuel pump with a walbro 255.

the fuel pump is working.. when we checked the 17mm it sprays out..

checked for spark with a screwdriver and aground bolt..

motor is a fresh swap, timing belt is fresh,

what else is going on? how could changing the fuel pump lead to all thse problems ;(.

(btw tried cranking it while the old fuel pump and it almost started.... but failed... so did i **** up something while changing hte fuel pump??)

 

so there is a fuel and there is spark, motor is a fresh swap jdm h22a, new timing belt, 1month old ngk sparks

fuel injectors ? thats like the only thing i can think of
