MY HOOD LATCH WIRE FELL OFF BEEN TRYIN TO OPEN MY HOOD BUT CANT SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT CAN YALL HELP WHAT DO I DO

 

Where did it fall off? At the pull tab under the dash or at the latch?

 

if the cable came off the latch, you gotta get under the car and move the lever with your finger

 

i have that same problem. but i bought the EJ1 liek that i just cant close the hood. I heard they tend to break a lot? is it worth it to get a new latch and reconnect the wire or just live with the home made wire i have hanging down towards the radiator that i grab through the bumper.

 

lol id put new one in! unless u dont mind someonelse helping their self to your parts....

 

It fell of the latch it was ghetto riged when I got there is no wire to pull from

 

its on the left hand side if looking at the car, get your finger in there and push the lever that the cable was once attached to, once open, get a new cable.
