okay i know its a stupid question, but i recently took out that water reserve tank for that windsheld wiper fluid off my crx and put it onto my 91 hatch. It never had one so I just thought f it plus the crx aint running. anyways everything seems to be working fine, all the hoses are hooked up. but it dosent spray out idk ive never worked on this before. done everything possible besides this. Just wanna know if anybodys ever had this problem or can give me a clue what it could be. any info is really appreciated

 

Same thing happens to my CRX for the front windshield spray, it doesn't spray out. All I can think of is there is a blockage somewhere or air pocket might cause it.

I still can't get mine to work so if someone comes up with a solution that would be cool ha.

 

Did you try just unplugging from a washer nozzel and see if fluid shoots out of the washer hose? If so, your nozzel's are plugged.

A good upgrade for the crx is the 99-00 Civic, they spray in a mist pattern rather than a V pattern.

 

yup tried that, idk if one of the pump things might be f up but i can hear them work when i turn it on. Thanks i never knew that i will have to look into that

 

I wish I would have known that before I scrapped mine four years ago, good information
