Default Rear veiw mirror for my EF

Does anybody know where to buy that rear view mirror setup where it spans from the passenger side to the drivers side and has like 5 rear view mirrors in it???? I've been searching everywhere but am coming up short. I would use the search button but i have no idea what its called or if there's a specific brand.. but thanks for any help.

muff that. get an auto dimming rearview mirror! super helpful when your car is really low and every car that pulls up behind you burns holes in your retinas lol.

they're not that expensive if you look around. i bought mine from eBay in minty condition for $30 shipped. now if you were to get one of these mirrors with the ambient outside temp display as well, those tend to be atleast $200. i pondered the thought of getting one but decided i didn't need or want to know the temp that bad lol.

if i recall i believe it came out of a newer chrysler minivan. it's a gentex mirror and is very common in many GM models. it is exremely simple to wire up, just a power and ground. to mount it you need to install one of those metal tabs that you would find on any other vehicle with a windshield mounted rearview. i pulled mine out of an old car going to the junkyard, but i imagine you could find these either through eBay or a dealership. an autoparts store might even carry them also i'd bet. and make sure you apply the tab with an appropriate adhesive, or your rearview might come flying off and hit you in the face when you least expect it lol

here's a pic of what it looks like where it mounts to the window. the box dealio with the wire coming out of it has the digital compass guts inside.

Winks are SOOO sick!
But i prefer the older skool winks, Not the 5 glass ones, but the solid ones. Just one large piece of glass across the whole top of the car

im 6"1'. when you first out it on it looks like it hangs low and will get in the way but once you start driving you dont even notice it. id say try it its only $20 and if it doesnt work return it. it does take some time to get used to tho. i still find myself looking into the middle mirror only. do you have a crx or a hatch? are you doing the visor mount or window mount

I have a hatch.. and i plan on doing the visor mount.. but ok cool ya i feel like sasquatch driving my car cuz i'm so tall, i have to have the seat reclined back pretty far so i sit a little lower.. but i have a welder and i planned on making some brackets that made the seat sit right on holes where the seat mounts.

This is what I use, and find it much better than other mirrors.
