you can't use any harness but the one that came in the car originally. and you must be confused because a crx hf is not dpfi, it's mpfi.

no idea what you are trying to say by "obd2 ls is a obd1 just longer". the obd2 and obd1 variants are virtually identical. you'll either run it obd0 or obd1, up to you on how you want to do that. if obd1 then you can use the obd2 dizzy because interally its the same as an obd1 unit, just the plugs are different. and you will need an ecu jumper to run an obd1 pr4 or p75. if you want to run it obd0 then you will just need an obd0 distributor and obd0 pr4.

by gsr tach i assume you mean the cluster. you can use it, but you have to convert the cluster plugs to the newer style, and run an electronic vehicle speed sensor.

sorry for confusing you. my crx had the dpfi so its a dx i guess? the ecu jumper would work fine for my p75, but where harness meets in the engine bay the plug is round from ecu and the motor is the "obd1" square type is there a kit or jumper for that?

I think the engine bay plug styles differ between years - 88/89 have one type and 90/91 use a different shape.
Might want to check with the company you bought the jumper from and see if they will exchange it if this is the case.

^ as previously stated. you MUST use the harness that came with the CAR.

you have to modify you ORIGINAL harness i.e add/extend wires.
take plugs that you need off the LS harness and add them on to your DX harness

WOW.
Disregard my post completely.
Not sure what I was reading, but I thought you had a jumper harness that wouldn't plug in.
