maybe a dumb question but just to confirm, does that apply to the ef as well? and if you do a obd1 conversion with the ecu conversion do you still have to do this to the dizzy plug?
password JDM has one:

just to confirm, is this harness to use my obd0 distributor with obd1 ecu if i get the distributor jumper harness? or is this the adapter to plug in a obd1 distributor to my harness?
i am just trying to figure out eveything before i jump into the conversion and not have everything. having to buy a new distributor would definately slow the swap down.

the wire functions for the OBD0 connector in that picture are not correct - white and orange wires are for the Crank sensor and blue/green, blue/yellow wires are for the CYP (actually CYL) sensor - on the OBD1 distributor, the orange and white are for the CYP sensor and the blue/green, blue/yellow are for the Crank sensor
this is OBD0 wiring:

this shows OBD1 distributor wiring:

these are the correct OBD0 to OBD1 wire color matches for the distributor wiring:

Its for when you want to run an OBD1 dizzy for a swap and not have to rewire/cut the factory harness of the OBD0 dizzy. Same as an ECU jumper. But you still need to match the ECU and Dizzy.
Yo i need to buy the obd0 to obd1 wiring harness for my crx ls swap. Going be boosting therefore need to find a conversion harness for cheap. used or new dont matter. Can anyone help?

so u cant use a ODB-0 dizzy on a ODB-1 ecu for say a P28??? what if u buy the jumper from password isnt thats whats its for?? sorry for the thread jacking and noob question..
so let say i was to put a z6 in my crx all i would need is dizzy jumper harness ,jumper harness for the ecu a p28 and run a wire for the vtec and obdo intake mani? sorry if i sound stupid never really messed with wiring
if you have a DX, you would first need to convert the stock engine wiring harness from DPFI to MPFI - if you have Si or HF, you would be o.k.
