those miles are actual. I didn't want to take the car to college with me as I have 8 vehicles and didn't want this one to get all dinged up. I have now graduated college and moved to maryland so the car is not driven very much any more. It is garage kept, kept on a tender charger and driven every three to four months. I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. And if you don't like the mods I have done to the car that is your choice. IMO the car drives awesome and is a great well taken car of reliable daily. Any questions feel free to ask me

Easy tiger, don't get so defensive.
My post was more so advice than anything else. I know the market very well on these cars. If you car was completely stock ( original motor, seats, stock paint, no wrecks, stock wheels) you could easily get what you're asking. 5k+ was the price for crx's many many years. Don't get me wrong, there are crx enthusiast that are willing to fork over that kind of cash but they're looking for stock..
I'll check back in tuseday to see how your sale went.

The reserve is set at 4500, the car was a mix and match when I bought it so basically most of my mods where getting it back to stock. The seats are stock si with no rips. When I painted it yeah I probably should have kept it stock red but the VW red looks awesome. The stock a6 was in good shape and I did a mini me swap to it. Then I sold that in favor of a complete z6 to go turbo. I did everything right on the rebuild. The crank was turned, micropolished and balanced. The motor is basically a stock bottom end except for ARP head studs. I was saving up money to turbo it and turbo it right with hopes of around a good 225 whp daily. But life moved on and I went on to other things. I hope whoever gets this takes care of the car and enjoys it. Any questions feel free to post
