Yo!! im really damn cheap and poor and I want 15 inch rims... Can i keep my tires that i got on mah stock Civic EX and just put them on the new rims? I want 15x7 rims so will the stock tires fit on? I hope they will!!
And if they wont any 15 rims that will?

 

Your stock EX rims should be hubcaps and I believe they are 14's not 15's. I might be wrong but I don't think so.

are your tires set for 15x7 ?
if your stock rims are 15x7 then they will fit.. if not then they wont fit
