Have my 99 accord coupe with the 3.0 and bad transmission. Does anyone know what the best supplier for transmission kits are for this thing? My understanding is to use the honda clutch pacs and not the after markets. Why is that? Anything I can do to prevent future clutch failure. It seems the 2nd clutch burnt up in this thing. I'm assuming thats the common one to go. I don't want to put a ton of cash into it but would like to be confident that it won't fail again anytime soon.
