Default Block swap question

I want to replace a B20Z block with a B20B and use B20Z pistons will I run into any problems with this? I am wondering if the rotating assemblies are the same or different(are the crank and rods interchangeable?) and will all the sensors and mounting for the acc. be the same? any help will be much appreciated. Thanks John

The blocks are the same, all parts are interchangeable. Compression ratios may differ between different variances, but they still interchange.
