Default lowering my accord. NEED HELP

hey guys so im getting a new job which should be paying more then now. so the first thing i want to do is lower my car and get rims. I have a problem though, i do not know where to start for lowering my 91 accord. My friend says just get coil over, but he has never lowered a car himself either so i don't know if i trust his word. so im asking you what would i have to do to drop my car a couple inches?

also if you could refer me to some good web sites with decent prices i dont want cheap but i dont want expensive.

thanks in advance for any replies

ook the thing is if you want a good nice drop and good handling while dropping your car. you can't just add some springs. you could but you would have to get some good shocks to back up the springs. IF you have the budget i would really recommend looking at Function Form Type 1 coilovers from Weksos Industries. They're about 650 with shipping and they go LOW!! i have them on my CD7. and i love them! rides comfortable for daily driving. if not then you could also look into maybe Ground Control coilover sleeves and koni yellows very good setup too. just my 2 cents man.

craigslist bro, look for some lowering springs/struts or coilovers. And if your on a low low budget hit your local junk yard. Grab a set of stock springs off a accord like yours. Chop em down 1-2"(cut 1-2 rings out of the spring to see if you like it before choppin half the sprin down) or however low you want em and then stick em on your car. KEEP YOUR STOCK SPRINGS IF YOU DO THIS. You never know if you'll want those stock springs back. I know its not the best way (I for on used tokico struts on Tein springs) but alot of the people in my area have done it without issue.
