Default clutch/break/gas pedal removal?

one problem leads to another. ht i need your help again.

ok so my clutch pedal broked off so i need to replace the whole clutch/break/gas pedal assembly.
i have managed to take out 5 of the bolts that is on. but the whole assembly seems stuck onto the fire wall still>? do anyone have any idea what other screws i am missing? to me it look like something is connected to the break pedal. but i cant manage to take it off or find where to unscrew it?

also do i have to unscrew my master cylinder? any info is greatly appreciated. thanx.

I had to do this before also, it was a pain. I do not recall how many total bolts there are, but I do remember that there was 1 or 2 facing upward. I don't recall if it was holding the assembly or holding something in the way of the assembly but yeah, something to look for I guess. To answer your specific question, have you disconnected the brake pedal from the master cylinder? If you haven't then that is your problem. Needless to say, make sure all pedals are disconnected...or maybe it needed to be said.

Look for some auto-manual swap walkthroughs, the pedal removal is covered in them.

That's exactly what I did. There is a thread floating around that has pics included of what to do.

So did you already disconnect all of your pedals?

The bolts for it all four of them are around the top of the brake pedal. The pin has just clip at the end then just push the pin out.

hi there is a cotter pin that goes through a pin that connects the linkage to the brake pedal. It makes life a 100 times easier if you lower the steering column so you can see and move around . Its only 2 nuts and 3 bolts and drops right down and goes back up one way you can't mess anything up

this has pic of the nuts for the pedal assembly

oh ya don't have to remove the brake booster ....you don't have to do anything under the hood. just pull the pedal towards you off the wall and wiggle it over the column.
