Does 1999's bumper fit 1997's civic?

My friend wants to buy my 1999 civic's bumper, but his civic is 1997. Does anybody know it fit or not? Thanks.

Yeah it does fit, if you change your fenders, hood, and headlights to 99-00

i think the rear bumper will work,but as for front the bumper no. the headlights are different, the hood and there are different mounting points on the radiator support for the headlights.Hope this helps

So, it means if he use my bumper but still use his original head lights. Don't fit?????
