What are all of the exact differences?

suposedly cams/valvetrain

 

h22a1 is 10.0:1 compression ratio, h22a is 10.6:1. this is just because of pistons. everything else is the same including the valvetrain and cams. and then there are subtle differences like h22a has internal coil, h22a1 has external.

 

The Rods are different but most peeps dont know that.

 

Whats differant about the rods? I know the type-S rods are diff but what diff about the H22a vs. h22a1 rods?
