I got a 99 civic sedan and put a 97 hx d16 vtec e motor in it.

It turns over but it wont start, I do not hear the fuel pump prime, and when i pull fuel line off theres no fuel like it never pumped or got pressurized. I switched out the main relay from the 97 hx civic to the 99 sedan and installed it. I checked fuel pump/ignition/ecu fuses and they are all okay. Any other ideas? I broke the top o2 sensor when installing but just removed it so its not pluged in(if anyone has one of these pm me now) ideas thanks.

 

okay I figured out why it will not start, now here is what i have to do...i need to use the 99 engine harness from the y7 and put it on the hx motor,.,.change the distributor.,.,what else do i need to change? i have a conversion harness so i can use the hx ecu
