What are most of the guys in the 140mph trap speeds got for suspension? Are most of you using a full coil-over kit or are you guys using a ground control kit of some sort? Also whats the spring-rates you guys are using on the shocks? How high do you normally raise the *** of the car for best 60's and possible traction on the front tires? Any help is appreciated.

 

progress drag kit, valved for my cars weight and mph, 450s front, 1000s rear. didnt go nuts with the ride height. kinda eyeballed it.
