Default 95 integra gsr tune and dyno

95 integra gsr tune and dyno didnt go so well. After the 6 pass on the run the rod started knock..here is the setup

b18c1 block
micropolish crank
itr oversize piston
itr water and oil pump
arp head stud



Gsr head
itr valve
itr spring and retainers
skunk 2 pro1 camshafts
skunk 2 IM
AEM cam gear
Aem fuel rail
Blox 70 mm TB
ITR header
2.25 pipe
RSR exhaust
p28 chipped on chrome


before the rod knock it made 172hp 136lb..

Im about to put new rod in and and complete my tune. Let see how much it well make..im guessing is gonna break the 200hp..the dyno sheet is below just open the link..

Sounds nice, I would mic the rod journals when u open the bottom end just to make sure they r still round. Peace of mind since ur going to b in there anyway. Do u know what the clearances where on the rod bearings?

yea that what im about to do just check the rod jornal on all of them..sorry man i dont know what the clearances is..

ITR springs and retainers are not sufficient for pro series cams.

Well i bought the head like that and i dont have any problem with it so ima stick with the itr spring and retainers and skunk 2 pro1..

This is fine. You just have to accept that you will be rebuilding you bottom end again when a piston smacks a valve. You will also have to replace valve seals frequently.
