Default engine build

so here's where im at. I have an 88 CRX with a b18a1 swap in it, Tien coilovers, stainless exhaust from the headers back. A friend of mine owes me a big favor and he has offered me a custom pre-preg carbon body of my design. So now I want to upgrade the motor. Here in lies my problem. I know B-series motors and their capabilities however I want to make sure I am making the right choice. What I don't know is K-series motors. I'm looking for suggestions and opinions here. I'd prefer more top end speed than just low end torque. I'm not a red light to red light type of guy. MY budget here is around 15K. Is a K-series really worth the extra cash and which motor would you guys pick. This is also going to be driven regularly through the summer. what would you guys suggest, K20 K24 K frank or B frank? I would like to run methanol in this car and am not afraid of the maintenance of boost.
