I'm going to be buying a SIR Rear bumper for my hatch.
I was wondering if any of you new of a web site that sells those, that are real SIR bumpers.

#1. If i was to buy that bumper above am i able to paint it to my stock red color?

#2. Those plates on the front of alot of civic that have japnesse writing and 2 set of number with a dash between them?

#4 Where do yall sugget i buy the SIR rear bumper for a cheap/ decent pirce?

if you got that bumpers any body shop could paint it for you.
