Default GSR Help

Tossed the OBDII GSR swap in a 95 CX. Swapped everything over to OBDI already and it runs fine. The problem is in low rpms. It is very sluggish in first ad second up to about 4000. Tried a burnout... and it chirpped. Once moving, shes a beast. It is a bone stock, non smoking GSR. Here is a list of what I tried:

NO CEL's***
Shuffle dizzy around
Adjust idle screw on TB
Swapped around ECUs (P28 chipped GSR and stock GSR)
Stock wires and Nology wires
I cant find any loose vacuum hoses, but I cant tell if the secondaries are moving???

Any help is appreciated.

What is your base ignition timing set to? If the engine is bone stock, stick with the bone stock GSR ecu. Those secondaries don't open below 4000rpm anyway but if your base ignition timing is off, it will make it feel sluggish off the line.

I will have to go check it and see how close or far I am from perfect. Changed the fuel filer, helped a little so I am thinking of swapping pump for a Walbro.
