1996 Civic Hatchback w/ GSR & Goodies

1996 Honda Civic DX Hatchback
purchased in original condition, very clean
motor swapped in 2000
Car has sit in an enclosed warehouse since 2003
- driven in and out a couple times a month, battery sits on battery tender.
Clean title
Registered until October 2010

car was meticulously maintained, no corners cut
have all paperwork on parts, installs, etc.
radiator mounts are relocated and welded, not screwed in like some
interior/dash was fully removed to sand blast, metal brush, primer and paint semi-gloss black (have detailed pics)
engine compartment was fully bare, sanded, cleaned, primered, and painted semi-gloss black (have detailed pics)
motor-
b18c1 usdm integra gsr motor - motor from personal car of Ron @ Motorsports Techniques (owner of reputable shop in Hayward, CA)
- 1998 motor purchased with 32k miles on it in 2000
- zero problems whatsoever with the motor, runs strong, that will be clear when you come by and take it for a spin (but not too much spin, okay?)

I got a great deal on the 2000 SI front from a local guy. Plan was to paint it CW, but you know how that goes.
