I have a set of stock 17's off my 09' Si for sale. There's nothing wrong with them at all. I bought a set of Mugen Gp's so I don't have any need for them anymore. 3 of the tires have 6k miles on them and 3/4 tread and one tire is brand new with the sticker still on the tire. It had to be replaced after I ran over a screw and Raben tire blew out the bead.
