Need Help 91 civic lx z6 swap hesitation

Default Need Help 91 civic lx z6 swap hesitation

i have tried all that i can think of heres the story
i got the shell from a friend and it had a mpfi y7 swap with a rod haning out the front of the block and i pulled the moter and swaped in a z6. i also did a obd1 coversion harness all i had to do was make a sepret harness for vtec and the 4 wire o2. i also repined the harness side of the dissy wiring . i also have swaped

map
under hood fuel filter
o2
plug wires
and dizzy
ecu

what it does: it idles ruff and sputters and bucks under part throttle and when it gets above 4k seems to run fine i have searched everywhere and fined people with the same problems but no answers pls help thank you
