Seems too good to be true but with the way the economy is just now there are bargains to be had if you find them, let us know how it is in reality.

ive seen a fully built k20 in a hatch around here go for 4k.
and perfect civic hatch shells for 100.

so either way id say go test drive it and if it rocks take it.
it might be too good but he just might need to get it out.

Parts alone are worth that. Take it for a ride and go from there.

But that is a K20 not a D16. The paint looks off (brighter in the front than the back - might just be lighting or it is that he did the conversion but did not paint). If it is a salvage title that may make the owner feel it is worth less and they may need the money more so priced it to move. In any case no harm in looking and taking a test spin in it.

I had bought my hatch for 1800 as well. Test drove it, brought it home, and five months later its still good. Some people just become desperate for cash. Jump on that thing.

Well those 10,000K HID's easily decrease the value by about $1000, so i'd say it's a fair price. Just joking..... but not really, anyways take the car for a drive and see it in person. Then you'll know if it's a good deal or just a crappy car.
