I recently bought an EK hatch trunk to replace the one i have and it didn't have the license plate garnish so I was curious to ask if the 96-98 and 99-00 hatch license plate garnishes were the same? or are they all interchangable?

I tried to search and see if the garnish from the coupe will work, but it looks a bit different. and more flat at the top versus the hatch garnish which is slightly curved?

Can anyone confirm this or if it would fit?
