Default RDX Injector Dead-Time Test Results

I sent one my my RDX injectors to WitchHunter Performance in Bothell, WA, for some dead-time measurements. Here are the results:

hmmm. I'm surprised they are 300 usec slower than ID1000's.
Didn't expect to see that.

They are also slower than the other Denso injectors of the same vintage (mid 2000's technology).

Could mean the valve is heavier, the valve needs to travel further to reach full open, or the coil is less efficient at producing the magnetic field, or some combination of those factors.
