I think this goes here. I was wondering what these parts are worth?

both are off a JDM Type R trans with a little over 75k on it, unfortunately the trans overheated due to a leak and the transmission is now pretty much trash as far as second and third gear are concerned. Anyways, these parts managed to escape damage all it had were some minor burrs on the gear teeth, which were removed and you cant tell anymore. I took the diff apart and everything looks fine. So back to my question, what are these parts worth? I got a guy that wants to trade me a break set up off an integra would that be worth it?
