I have a 97 Honda Accord with 196,000 miles on it and when I drive it at a slow or fast speed it makes this whirling or humming noise. I thought it was the tires but its not! Any other ideas?! Please help! Thanks!

 

Could be a wheel bearing, Is it a 5 speed? if its a 5 speed could also be your throw out bearing......check your wheel bearings first imo
