Soo last week i blew up my turbo LS... so i decided to sell the turbo kit and buy a b20z... Well the engine only has 20,000 miles according to the jdm store that i got it from...

My question is can a b20z rev like an LS because i know the redline is shorter in the crv... I have a street tuned ecu that i used on my LS before i went turbo....for now i want to just get intake and exhaust and my skunk 2manifold on my b20z and street tune it.... can i rev it up like an LS with no problems?

yes. just rev it to 7k anything higher is pointless.

 

I would only rev it to 7. Now if you had a vtec head on it then 8 all day lol

 

do you have a wideband ?

The b20 will need a little more fuel up top than the LS .

Best bet is get all your new parts installed and get it retuned specifically for the b20.

 

get it tuned the b20 sleves are not detination frendly at all it duzzint take mutch and thay will poop i sall it happin just frum a boy changing his base fuel psi
