Whats going on guys? Well at the end of last year my motor was running strong. This was my setup:
GSR 84.5mm
Stock head with REV Valvetrain
Skunk2 Pro 1 Cams
Full Race Top Mount Twin Scroll 44mm Gates
Borg Warner S366
Crower Rods
JE Pistons
1600cc Injectors
Walboro 255 feeding a Bosch 044 Pump
Hondata S300
E85 gas

So with that setup I managed to put down 713 HP and 486 Torque
Best run was 10.6 @ 146 mph
Well I went to Alex at Humble Performance and we managed to max a lot more mid range but lost some top end power. I was trying to get the car dialed in to make more power in the mid range. The injectors ended up maxing out. So this was where we left it.

Well long story short, after the tune we headed to the track. Got to the line, did my burnout, and broke two valves are the neck. I'm thinking because I didn't mess with my two step it got real hot and broke it straight off.
So here was the aftermath.

So with that being said, it was time to step up my game and do it big in 2010.
The goal is to hit 9's!
New parts and new motor
Cp Pistons 85mm 9.7:1 w/ upgrade wrist pins

T4 Precision 6765 with the Billet Wheel and .81a/r housing

Garrett 1200HP Intercooler core with custom end tanks (The smaller intercooler was a 750 hp Precision IC)

GSR RLZ Port and Polished head with Supertech Valvetrain (Thanks Brad)

Thanks to T1 for the ID2000 and the Bosch 044 and the pimp *** MB Bracket

Fluids for the motor
Evans NPG+ Coolant Fluid, Torco Break In Oil and Torco RTF (Thanks Bisi)

This is where I am at with the whole build. I just got done with my fuel setup and wiring.
The setup is as follows
Sump from the rear tank
Aeromotive 100 micron Filter
Y to the Dual Bosch 044
Lines out of the 044 to another y
Feeding into a -8An line
Another Aeromotive 40 Micron Filter
Golden Eagle Fuel Rail
Wired with weather connectors using 10 gauge wires

Projected time to complete this is at the end of this week. I hope to be on the dyno by saturday. Got a lot of work left! Hopefully it goes well.
Also I got a set of MT ET Streets 235/60/15 for the car

Nice build. I was looking at your previous setup thinking that it was your 800 whp setup. There was potential there except the injectors were a hint on the small side. The new build looks great and rather spendy

Yeah it was a little expensive, hence the reason I have been setting it off til now. Hopefully this will be the end for my fuel problems.

Holy crap man, thats just sick !!! And i thought i was a badass with 400 HP on a GSR HAHAHA!!!. Awesome man.... Post up a vid after the build would be cool to see.
Lookin good tuan, with a ported head and the same knowledge 800 whp shouldn't be a problem. have you looked into pro1's or anything? i think it'd jump your power incredibly.

Actually I do have Pro 1's. I forgot to mention that. My hold backs was my head and my fuel injectors. I have those two taken care of. I hope it makes it. My worry is the small A/R on my new turbo.
Whats the differences in flow between your new turbo and old one? Just wondering because the compressor wheels are similar in size.
Builds looking great man.

sickest build ever. that intercooler is so huge its actually funny. Do you have a BPI stack on that turbo intake? seen some dynos of high hp turbo hondas that saw good gains.
I bet on the street with those slicks you can run down 1000cc bikes on the freeway no problemo....
sub'd for vids! haha
