Hey guys, I have been a member here for quite some time. I just recently purchased my new 2000 PY Type R. Some of you may remember my old ITR that got stolen, some may not. Here is how 01-0336 was found

And now, my new pride and joy. Big thanks to my wife for letting me get back into it and back into an R, right where I belong.







I bought it all stock except for Tein springs, DC Header, and Apex'i N1 exhaust. I promptly got rid of the "fart can" and welded on a real muffler.

A more formal photo shoot will happen this weekend.

But ditch the protect-rubber on the rear fender inside, it keeps dust, sand, water and salt in it and someday it will rust... :/

 

This looks very much like my car that I just bought tw weeks ago, even has all the silly Honda stuff that I get **** for on a daily basis haha. How many miles on her? Good luck with it.

Congrats on the acquisition of the ITR. Enjoy your car, and welcome back to the ITR community. I live in LV and have a '98 CW ITR. Maybe I'll see you one of these days.

 

I used the Apex'i B pipe to a Summit Racing universal V8 muffler. Sounds pretty good and you can't beat the price. $30 plus a case of beer for my friend to weld it. Oh yeah, and 5 dollars in high temp BBQ flat black to paint it
