If its an OBD1 D15B Vtec, and your reusing the original tensioner use a '92 - '95 Civic VX timing belt, if you're using a Z6 tensioner (there is no USDM equivelent to the D15B Vtec tensioner) then run a '92 - '95 Si belt.

The tensioner is pretty close. I remember one tensioner had a larger wheel, but I used the VX belt. Here is why. The VX uses the same belt as the D15B. The VX and Si use the same tensioner, cam gears and water pump. The VX has a 1.5 liter block which has a shorter deck height. The Si/EX motor is 1.6 liters, and thus a taller block.
Will the Si/EX belt work? Probably, it's only 1 tooth longer. However the VX belt will work too and it is the correct part number.

The timing gears on all D series are the same size. However, pay attention to if it was meant for a D16Y8 or D16Z6, the teeth are 1/2 a tooth off on one compared to the other
