1996 accord starting problem
ok well i have a 1996 honda accord 5speed f22be engine sohc
just had the engine changed out an the new engine will not start but is getting spark an fuel it will start if u hook a diagnostic computer into the part but as soon as u unplug it the car will die will not start unless the diagnostic computer is plugged in.when it does start like that it runs real rough like back firing an the tach is reving backward...
any ideas greatly appreciated
