The Good:
Air Conditioning
Replaced VX motor with DX motor 75K on replacement
Nice clean black / charcoal interior
Pretty good Teal exterior
Clean title no accidents
Never modded
CD Player

The Bad:
Does not come with HX wheels, has 14" steel wheels and OEM hubcaps
Throwing a CEL for O2 sensor
Small crack in windshield (not in line of sight)

Runs excellent, gets 30+ MPG looks pretty good and is very reliable (I drive it to Anacortes from Bellingham at least once or twice a week). Would not hesitate to drive it across the US.

Also if interested I have a complete Integra suspension and brake setup that can go with it, front brakes, knuckles, rear disc conversion, brake cables, etc for a couple extra bucks.
