No Air or Fluid from Caliper Bleed Valve
I removed my front knuckles completely in order to press in new lower ball joints.
Now, in reconnecting them I've gone to bleed the brake system as the lines were disconnected from the calipers and I have successfully bled all 3 calipers on the car but the front left caliper has absolutely nothing coming out of it. Not even air is pushing the fluid in my plastic tube connected to the bleed valve when the pedal is pressed down.
The brake line is in fact connected to the caliper. There is fluid in the MC. Other than that I can't think of what could be the issue. I'm looking for any ideas as what else I could possibly check.
Thanks in advance!

A clog could be the issue - either in the line or in the caliper. Disconnect the line and gently press the brake pedal. See if fluid comes pouring out. If so, there may be a clog in the caliper. If not, there may be a clog or kink in the line.
So when I disconnect the brake line from the caliper and the pedal is pressed, fluid comes out the little hole in the ring of the brake line. But if I connect the brake line to the caliper, nothing, not even air still comes out the bleeder valve. If I take the bleeder valve out, nothing even comes out it's hole.
I'm assuming the hole in the nut that goes into the caliper needs to line up with the hole on the ring of the brake line... Maybe I have the washer out of place?
I really don't want to have to take the knuckle off again. Any thoughts?

The problem isn't your knucle so you don't have to take it off.
The washers go on either side of the ring of the "banjo." They provide a lea-free seal and nothing more.
It sounds like there's an internal obstruction in the caliper and that's not allowing fluid to pass through. Replace the caliper and you should be good to go.
